How did H3H3 begin?
Harris began his career as a video blogger on the website “Vsauce” in 2010. He was the youngest person to have appeared on the VSAUCE channel at the time, but would later become the longest-serving and most prolific contributor.
He created his character in 2012, under the name “Lachlan.” Harris explains that he found it difficult to find videos that were as “disturbing, controversial and hysterical” as his other videos.
He then created the H3H3 channel in 2013, and has gone on to earn more than 1 billion views on his YouTube channel. His videos are generally well-received and are known to have elicited strong responses from viewers.
