Since I am an ESFP, there are times when I am at my very best in the classroom or when I am in a group setting. I am often recognized as being a good storyteller, a good leader, a good teacher and a good teacher/leader. I enjoy group discussions and group projects.
However, many people don’t realize that I have my “dark side” (both in the classroom and in life). I have a hard time working with people who are very blunt, opinionated and direct. I have a hard time working with those who are not logical, who do not respect the rules and who do not follow the rules themselves. It is just not in my nature to work with those types of people.
I also have a hard time working with people who are very shy, who don’t speak up and who are not willing to put forth their very best effort in class and on projects. I find this to be very frustrating. I have a hard time dealing with people like this.
