The only way the Bennett-Clarke triangle has any chance of working at all is if the two main characters are also in some way complementary, with Bennett's more cerebral side complemented by Clarke's more impulsive one.
And the only characters whose relationship with each other is even close to being complementary are Finn and Raven.
Which is why I'm pretty sure that the writers are going to drive me nuts with this triangle.
Oh yeah, and I'm pretty sure that Raven's nocturnal character is going to be played up in this triangle too.
But that's just me.
All in all, this episode was pretty good. The writers seem to be playing with the idea of Clarke and her people moving to the city, and it sounds like the story is going to focus on the day-to-day life in the new place. Clarke gets stuck in an elevator, which is pretty much par for the course in the franchise at this point (and I'm sure it will soon become a running gag).
