ENFPs have a tendency to idealize their coworkers, and they have trouble being realistic about their coworkers’ behavior. This makes it difficult for ENFPs to establish firm boundaries and establish leadership positions.
ENFPs also have a tendency to be drawn to people who are like them: ENFPs will go out of their way to be liked and to make others happy, and it can make them vulnerable to manipulation.
