Gabriel, Judge of Hell personality type is ESTJ, I have been told that I have a very dominant personality, and that makes people uncomfortable which is why they don't understand me. I'm not sure what I can do about that, but I do think it's worth mentioning.
Estdoms are also good at reading people and understanding other people's needs and desires, which I think helps them in the working environment. They aren't very good at expressing their needs or desires to others, because they are quite reserved and quiet, and because they don't want to be a bother to others. But if you try to get them to talk about their hopes and dreams, they will. I do think that ESTJs are good at team work and friendships, because they are honest, loyal, consistent, and reliable. They get along well with the ESTP personality type. ESTPs get along well with ESTJs because they are both very ambitious and successful, which is a good fit for the ESTP.
ESTJs are good at working in groups, and in offices. They do not like to work with people who are not reliable or trustworthy. They don't like to work in offices that are not organized, or in offices that don't have a clear mission or goal.
