The Ti process then generates ideas to compensate for any problems that could arise. The Ti process then compares the ideas to the environment again, and selects the best solution for the problem.
The decision making process is how EI types put their ideas into action. When children are young they use the Ti process because it is in their best interest to learn, and it is in their best interest to understand their environment so they can learn. As kids get older, their use of the Ti process changes.
