Mo personality type is ESFP, and it is also one of the most common personality types. But I’ve decided to take a different approach and focus primarily on the INTJ and ISTJ types. Not only do they seem to be the most interesting, but they’re also the most misunderstood.
INTJs and ISTJs are both known as “The Guardians”. I’ve already written about the INTJ in this article, so I’m going to focus on the ISTJ here.
ISTJs are often viewed as being a bit boring, serious, and slow. They’re also often viewed as being a bit stubborn. These traits are a result of their nature as a Judging personality, which is a Judging/Perceiving type.
ISTJs are primarily focused on the future and the future of those around them. They focus on long-term goals and what needs to be done to achieve those goals. They also have a strong sense of duty and responsibility, even if they don’t always take those responsibilities seriously. They can be very difficult to convince to go along with a plan, especially if it involves something new or different.
