Ceyhun personality type is ESTP, while Ahmet is ISTJ.
The “problem” with the way the game treats Ceyhun and Ahmet is that they are basically the same character. They are both charismatic, aggressive young men with the same traits and skillset. However, while Ceyhun is an ESTP, Ahmet is an ISTJ. This is what makes Ceyhun's personality type (along with his other characteristic traits) more interesting than those of other characters. Likewise, Ahmet's personality type (along with his other characteristic traits) is more interesting than those of other characters. The problem is that these differences are barely acknowledged in-game.
The same issue is present with the differences between Ceyhun and Hüseyin Alptekin, who is an ISTJ and a member of the Black Eagles. While Hüseyin's personality type is the same as Ceyhun's (ISTP), he is simply a different character with different skills and different traits. However, they are still different enough to make Ceyhun and Alptekin interesting minor characters.
