    Sarpedon was the father of Doto, the mother of Meliboea, the father of Glaucus, and the father of the Lycian King Idaeus. He was also the grandfather of Bellerophon, the son of Glaucus and Hesione. He was also the great-grandfather of Glaucus, son of Sarpedon and Hesione.
