Dia personality type is ENFP, and I fell right into the trap of being a creative, impulsive, and emotional character. I may have been that way as a teenager, but I’ve grown into a responsible and practical adult. It was a struggle to make myself think of myself as someone who was less emotional, but I am learning that I am better off for it.
I am now more aware of how I react in stressful situations, and when situations get out of hand, I can better handle them.
It’s hard to say goodbye to a part of yourself, but you’re better off for it and can take what you can from your past and move forward.
