Dan Wheldon personality type is ENFP, so this is a bit of a stretch for me, but at the same time, this is definitely the impression I get from his racing. He seems so much more "What's in it for me?" than "I want to win this for the team".
It's also interesting that he's switched over to Stewart-Haas Racing. I wonder if that's something he knew about when he signed on the dotted line.
I don't know if it's just because it's the first time I've seen this much "me" in someone like Wheldon, but he's definitely one of my favorite types, and I hope to see more of him in the future.
Daniel Clive Wheldon (22 June 1978 – 16 October 2011) was a British racing driver. He won the IndyCar Series championship in 2005 and the Indianapolis 500 in 2005 and 2011. Wheldon died from severe head injuries shortly after a collision during the IZOD IndyCar World Championship in Las Vegas, Nevada, on 16 October 2011, at the age of 33.
