Paul Tracy personality type is ESTP, which is a very extroverted, dominant, and action-oriented type. I’m a very big believer in first impressions and this one was not a good one.
He was an arrogant jerk from the get-go, and he immediately made it clear to me that he was the boss and I was his lowly subject. He was always wanting to know why I wasn’t working as hard as he was to make the show the success it needed to be. He would ask me why I wasn’t doing something, and I would tell him I was doing it, but I just couldn’t do it right that day. He would then get very upset with me for not producing, and that’s when the yelling began.
The first night on the job, he told me he wanted me to come back the next day at eight o’clock sharp so I could go over the scripts. Of course, I didn’t want to come back early, so I tried to explain to him that my house is only fifteen minutes away from the studio, and that if I came back early it would be pretty late by the time I got home.
