Ford personality type is ISTJ, but my preference is ISTP. I have a lot of ISTP traits, but I have the same values as an ISFJ, just with a different twist.
I'm also very logical, but with a strong emotional side. I don't think I'm emotional at all, but I'm very emotional in that I can be extremely passionate about something.
I'm very confident, but not arrogant. I have a very high opinion of myself, but it's not out of vanity. I'm only confident with myself, so if someone else is confident in me, I can be arrogant with them.
I don't have a preference of which side of the spectrum to be on. I like both; one has their strengths and weaknesses, the other has their strengths and no weaknesses. I like both more than one of the others, but not all three. I like the combination more than the individual types, though. There's no good or bad about it; it's how you use them that matters; there can't be good subtypes or subtypes that are bad subtypes.
