In the past, I have been suspicious that ESFJ is a mythical type, invented by some large corporation to sell products. I’ve been wrong on those guesses. It appears that ESFJ is real.
I have been thinking about types as a way to organize the information on the planet, and to understand it better. I have also been thinking about types as a way to reduce anxiety. It seems perfectly reasonable to me that if I use my type as a way of organizing information, I will have less anxiety.
