Dror Shvetz personality type is INFP, so it makes sense that he would have been a struggling artist in high school. His personality type is defined by his love of creating things and being creative, and as we all know, artists need to be expressive to keep from getting stuck in their heads. He had a lot of creative impulses that he couldn't get out, and whenever he tried to draw, he just couldn't.
He had an early start at making art, as he created his first collage when he was 8 years old. He became an artist as a hobby, and it was a way for him to express himself. This was particularly important for him because he had a lot of difficulty with expressing himself.
His father was not supportive of his art and discouraged him from pursuing it, which made his art more of a hobby than a passion. As a child, he did not relate to his fellow classmates and felt like he was the only one who struggled.
Later in life, he still felt like he was the only one who couldn't express himself. He felt like during his teenage years, people could look at him and tell that he wasn't capable of doing anything more than drawing in his notebook.
