Sarah Highman personality type is ESFJ, so you can see how she’s very similar to me. She also has a big sister complex, which is why she is also very similar to me. Everyone loves her, except the people she is hard on. She’s really hard on herself and I know that’s my biggest problem right now, so I just have to remember that.

I’m curious to see if Elaine uses the same test I use, or if she uses a different one. I’ll post hers if she does and I think she will.
Many people are on the fence about whether or not ESFJs are depressives or not. I tend to agree with them. Certainly ESFJs do have some depression, and sometimes a lot of it. But the key thing is that when you are an ESFJ, you don’t necessarily realize it, because it does not necessarily show up in your behavior, which is what makes it depressive. You may not be able to see it in your behavior, but it is there and you are going through it.
ESFJs are very much like the human equivalent of a service dog.
