Happyman personality type is ENFJ, or the “Expressive.” In fact, in my experience, this type comes by its name honestly. They use their energy to express themselves and make others feel good about them.
Like any other personality type, there are a few who are more of the “expresser” than the “expressive.” While this seems like a bad thing, it isn’t necessarily so. For example, an ENTJ’s dominant function is Extraverted Thinking, which means they use their energy to discern and analyze the material they’re working with. They’ll often take the hard route so that they can get their point across.
An ENFJ will use their energy to make other people feel special, important, and loved. So while an ENTJ might be a hard worker, they’re not necessarily the “best” worker in the world. An ENFJ is a hard worker who cares about their relationships, and they have a knack for making others feel good about themselves.
Another way to classify the difference between the two types is to say that an ENFJ cares about the feelings of others more than the feelings of themselves.
