Валентин Носатов personality type is INTJ, and the description is “intellectual” (see ISTJ). The description is very accurate, and I would add that it is probably even more accurate as a description of the “intellectual” (which is someone who can be both rational and emotional at the same time, i.e. is capable of both logic and feeling) than it is of the “intellectual” (who is someone who is entirely logical and not emotional at all, i.e. is incapable of feeling). So the description of the intellectual is probably a lot more accurate and useful than the description of the ISTJ, which is a more general label for all those people with such similar personalities.
