Baden Powell personality type is ISTP, the type that may have been inspired by the story of the boy who cried wolf. ISTP is the "I'll show you" personality. They are seen as tough, uncompromising and willing to take a lot of risks. But they are not willing to put themselves in danger unnecessarily.

The ISTP type is very good at creating a structure, a system or a method for getting things done. This is no surprise, as ISTPs are often found as leaders.

They know what they want and they're willing to do what it takes to get it. They also have a high degree of self-control, which is helpful in any situation that involves self-discipline.

ISTPs can be so much fun to be with!

ISTPs have a lot of strong traits, but it's their tendency to take things literally that can get them into trouble. This can cause them to do things by the book, which can sometimes be more trouble than it's worth.
