George Crabtree personality type is ENFP, which means he is one of the most easily overwhelmed people I have ever met. He often tries to overdo things, and it will often backfire on him. He is one of the ones who will work hard to complete a task, but will often do so with an absurdly high level of perfectionism. He will often burn himself out, and will have to take a break just to get his brain functioning again after being so overloaded with detail. The problems with being too perfectionist are that you are constantly second guessing yourself, and it just makes you feel even more overwhelmed at the end of the day. The best thing to do if you are too perfectionist is to take a break, and get your brain functioning again. He often has the tendency to get the details wrong, which unfortunately leads him not to trust his own judgment at times. This is something that I personally struggle with, and sometimes it takes me a while to trust myself after I make a mistake. The other way Crabtree can be overwhelmed is by his tendency to take on too much responsibility. Crabtree is one of the hardest types to delegate, because if he gives up any part of his responsibilities then he feels that everything is falling apart.
