BF personality type is ISFP, or Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving. Their primary function is Introverted Intuition, which is what you would call "big picture." ISFPs are the rarest of the rare in the Myers-Briggs world, making up about 2.5% of the population. They're naturally curious and creative, and they're excellent at solving problems and coming up with new ideas. Unfortunately, they can also be a bit of a "do it yourself" type, and they tend to do a lot of their own thinking rather than relying on others for guidance. They may have a hard time delegating work to others because they want to make sure it gets done right, but they're also less likely to ask for help when they run into a problem. ISFPs can be very good at expressing their feelings and emotions, but they may sometimes be too blunt when doing so.
ISFPs have a fairly low tolerance for frustration and stress, and they're more likely to snap when they're feeling frustrated or overwhelmed. They may also have a mild intolerance for people who are pushy or aggressive in conversation or when making requests of them.
