Arturo Erasmo Vidal Pardo (born 22 May 1987) is a Chilean professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Spanish club Barcelona and the Chile national team.
Vidal started his career with Colo Colo. He moved to Europe, where he joined Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen and played there for four seasons. He then moved to Juventus in 2011. On 2015, Vidal returned to the Bundesliga, joining Bayern Munich. After three years at Munich, he signed for La Liga giants Barcelona.
Vidal debuted for the Chile national team in 2007, and he was part of the team that leaded his nation to victory at the 2015 Copa América and at the 2016 Copa América Centenario.
