Volkan Demirel personality type is ESFP, because of the extraverted side of their personality. But, they are not an all-out extravert. They are, first and foremost, an observer. They love to be around people and they are not afraid to be alone and observe. They also love to be educated. They have a very active and curious mind, which is why they have so much education. They have a very active mind and I believe this is why they have such a good memory and such a great imagination. They love to read, but they don’t like to write. And this is why I think the writing can be a bit of a struggle for them. They want to be around people so much that I think they don’t find the need to get out their writing pads. But, on the other hand, they are not afraid of writing if they do it for themselves. Once this happens, they become more focused and more disciplined about it.
