Dr. Markman personality type is INFJ, which is how I am too. He probably has a thick skin, he's not afraid to make major changes if he thinks it is best for the patient. That's why my best friends are INFJs, and I'm also one. He's right, INFJs are often the ones to get up and leave a meeting because they get uncomfortable. But he does have a good point, INFJs can have a hard time putting people first, and they get overwhelmed easily. If the INFJ is always looking after themselves first and everyone else second, then they probably aren't going to make good doctors.
I'm actually glad I'm so empathetic, because it's gotten me through some difficult times in my life, but in the long run, it doesn't serve me well as a doctor.
