Jim personality type is ISTJ, as opposed to INTP, INTJ, and ISFJ.
The more I read about ISTJs, the more I want to read. This is a great site, and in fact I’m going to use it to write this blog post. I’ve read the basics of the Myers Briggs personality type system, but I’ve never read about ISTJs before.
How do you tell if you are an ISTJ, or one of the other types?
People with different Myers-Briggs personality types will have different attitudes about things, and about the world in general.
ISTJ: The Perfectionist
ISTJs are perfectionists. They are devoted to detail. They are not afraid to question a plan, even if it costs them some time. They are a people of action, and make sure that their plans are followed through to completion, even if it means sacrificing some of their comfort in the process.
They do their best work when they are in the flow of things, when they are engaged in the process. When they are in the flow, they are tremendously effective at what they do, and they produce a lot of results.
