However, they tend to be quite shy and reserved around strangers, so they need to be comfortable with the people they work with.
2. ISTPs are often quite good at predicting what will happen in the future. They are great at predicting the future based on patterns seen in the past. This type is also known for being decisive.
3. One of the greatest qualities of an ISTP is their ability to focus and work on a task until it’s done, no matter how long it takes. They are not afraid of change, and are very dedicated to their goals and plans.
