My own personality type has been a source of confusion and frustration for me since I was a child. It took years of counseling to determine which of the three letter types was closest to my own core feelings. I think it is pretty clear that I am an “I” type, but that makes sense only if you also end up believing that I am an “S” or an “N” type.
I’m not sure how to explain the difference between these core “types” and what I call “behavioral patterns”. Let me try to explain it this way.
