Chiquinha Gonzaga personality type is ENFJ, which I’m sure she’ll agree with). In other words, she’s a pretty straightforward, down-to-earth person who I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
Chiquinha is a pleasure to work with because she knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to go out and get it. When she sets her mind to something, she’s going to see it through. She is a leader by example, and her colleagues know it.
Her biggest strength is that her positive energy rubs off on those around her. She believes that people who work together can achieve great things, and for this reason she pushes her teammates to do their best.
Chiquinha Gonzalez’s biggest weakness is that she can be a bit of a perfectionist about things that don’t really matter to her, such as meeting deadlines or keeping track of due dates. She tends to be a bit protective of other people who are less productive than she is, and sometimes this tendency can get in the way of other people’s progress.
