Yaesol personality type is ISTJ, a very good match for the ISFP. When I was younger and overweight, I was the same way. I wasn't outgoing or like to spend a lot of time with anyone but myself. I was a loner and would sit by myself in the library, reading and listening to music. I was an introverted Thinker.
Over the years, I changed. I stopped reading and started having fun. I stopped listening to music and started writing. I became more outgoing, adventurous, extroverted, and social. I joined clubs, made friends, and pushed myself to try new things. I learned that my personality type is ISFP, which is not ISTJ. I learned that ISTJ is my type because it's true to who I am when I'm alone.
I also learned that other people have different personalities, just like me. When they are alone, they are also ISTJ. When they are with other people, they are also ISTJ. ISTJ personalities are not bad or good. They're just true to themselves when they're alone and true to themselves when they're with other people.
