Faye's twin sister, Rachel, is a wealthy heiress and is described as cold and manipulative. She has been shown attempting to control Faye's life by threatening the latter with money and violence, and has also been shown trying to get Faye to drink alcohol. Faye considers her less intelligent than herself, but considers her more persuasive and effective than her. She is attracted to men who are not particularly intelligent, such as Boyd Stockwell. She may seem to be a well-meaning manipulator when she is trying to help Faye with her problems, but it is later revealed that she is just using Faye for her money.
In "Pilot", Rachel offers to marry Boyd in order to help Faye keep the house she had inherited from her father.
