They're very sensitive and they're easily hurt, so they retreat into their own world and act like they're completely alone, completely alone.
They think they're alone, but they're not. The world is outside and they can see it, but they don't know how to relate to it. So INFPs will retreat into their own imagination and create a fantasy world where they think they're totally alone, and it will be so easy for them to escape into that world.
