Gilbert personality type is ENTP, and I am an ENTP.
The “good” part of the Myers-Briggs test, where I’m supposed to answer “yes” or “no” to whether I’m an introvert or extrovert, isn’t applicable to me. I’m an introvert, but I feel most comfortable when I’m alone, or with close friends or family members. I’m a huge extrovert, but I can be quiet and unobtrusive when I need to be. I think the “bad” part of the Myers-Briggs tests, where I’m supposed to choose my personality from a list of 16 categories, is also not applicable to me: I don’t think of myself as a “creative” or a “judgmental.” (I guess I could also have chosen “enthusiastic” or “skeptical.”)
I have no problems with the test itself, but I have some problems with the way that it’s used.
