Ffion Foxwell personality type is INFJ, but that's exactly how it felt,” she explained. “I didn't know how to express it or what it meant. It just felt like a different brain. It felt like a natural extension of my personality and my thoughts and my memories and my emotions. I felt like I could do anything and was pretty sure I could survive anything because I wasn't defined by the choices of others and I didn't have to live up to other people's expectations of me."
She said she started getting insights about her personality type from other people, though, and believes she was "instinctively" drawn to INFJ.
"I was also very intuitive and I had the same sort of ability to see things in others," she continued. "I could hear other people's thoughts and I could hear other people's emotions and I could feel other people's emotions and I'm very sensitive and I'd already developed a lot of intuition by the time I was 14 and I got a lot of insight into my personality type and I sorted out who I was at age 14."
She said she tries to become more self-aware about her personality type.
