Kelly Booth personality type is ESFP, which is the same as mine. I think the ESFP personality type is more prevalent in female entertainers, but I can't say that for sure.
I am a fairly quiet person, but also fairly talkative, especially when I am with people I know. I am very outgoing with people I don't know, but I'm not one to go out of my way to be nice to strangers. I'm sure that this is a fairly typical ESFP personality type thing.
My biggest strength is probably my creativity. I love coming up with new ideas, new projects, new thoughts, new concepts. I have a lot of creative energy that doesn't really go unused.
I think that my greatest weakness is my perfectionism. I have a very hard time saying that something isn't perfect if I feel like it should be. I can see the flaws in something, but I just can't bring myself to part with it. I think this is fairly typical for ESFPs, though.
