In my team, we have a bunch of people who are extroverted types and a few introverts. It’s no surprise that our extrovert types are the ones that are eager to talk about themselves. We don’t have any conflict in our team, but I think we get along better because we all have different strengths that complement each other.
Coming from a similar background, I’m an extrovert. I can talk for hours on end about things that interest me. I love to talk, and I love having people around me who I can talk to. As an extrovert, I’m happiest when I’m talking.
I don’t think that’s a bad thing at all. Extroverts tend to be fun in large groups, and they love socializing. They tend to be happier being out there in the world connecting with people and having fun. I understand what it’s like to have that energy and to want to be around other people.
