The reason I'm bringing this up is because it's almost interesting to watch the different personality types respond to the same thing.
I know for a fact that my INFJ and INFJ girlfriends absolutely hate when I call them introverts. They're so caught up in the "introvert = shy person" myth that they can't see that there's a difference between shyness and introversion.
The thing is, there is a difference. And you know what? Introverts are usually the more thoughtful people. They think before they talk. They're more sensitive to their surroundings. They can feel things more deeply than extroverts.
And as far as I know, introverts are more likely to be depressed and have anxiety issues than extroverts.
