Bill Belichick personality type is INTJ, and I don't think he's an ENTP. He's an introvert, and not a very social one. He is reserved and, as a result, is never all that comfortable with himself. He doesn't really know how to deal with his emotions, which makes him very difficult to work with, especially around others. He's a little too "up his own ass" for my taste. He's also a perfectionist, and is prone to looking at things from a very narrow perspective. This can be a good thing, but can also lead to tunnel vision. He has a tendency to search for the exact right thing, whether it's the right coaching strategy or the right play call. At times, he'll make a decision just because it's the "right" thing to do, even though there are better options available. And he doesn't have an intuitive sense of intuition, as it's just as likely that he's going to miss as it is that he'll hit. In the end, he's a good coach, but not a great one.
