Calvin Johnson personality type is ISTJ, and I must say I'm pretty happy with that. If you enjoy your job and like your coworkers and bosses, you'll be fine. If you're a rebel who likes to hang out, go out and do stuff, and make your own plans, you might wanna look elsewhere. This is a very structured job (at least as far as the company is concerned) and as such it's not the best fit for those who like to be spontaneous.
I find that my job is very time consuming. I don't clock in until 9:30 each morning and rarely leave this building before 5:30 pm.
Most of what I've learned I've learned on the job. The management style of the people I work for is more of a friendly boss who is willing to give employees advice. However, there are some things I just can't do, because it would be too time consuming, or because I'm not allowed to do it by law.
