Kendricks is a good listener, and he has a lot of empathy for people. But his problem is that he can't seem to process this information in a useful way. He has a hard time with the world of abstract concepts, and he's a very practical person. He doesn't mean to be stupid - he's a very smart guy - but he doesn't always arrive at the right answer. If he could just be more concrete about it, he could really use all his skills to help other people.
