Gregory Rousseau (born April 5, 2000) is an American football defensive end for the Buffalo Bills for the National Football League. As a redshirt freshman in 2019, he recorded 15.5 sacks and won all-conference honors and was named the ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year. He was the 30th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, picked by the Buffalo Bills.
