I've selected the description above because it is one that I'm familiar with, and it's a description that makes sense to me. If you're an ENFP, chances are you're not going to be terribly bothered by the attempt to make you sound like a stereotypically neurotic Fi-dom.
I don't think this description is wrong, but it's not entirely accurate either. The description above doesn't really take into account the fact that every ENFP I've ever encountered seemed to have an outer focus in their Ne, and I suspect that the description above might have been the result of an ENFP being asked to describe himself or herself, rather than being written specifically for ENFPs.
The description above also doesn't really take into account the fact that ENFPs are not generally known for being neurotic.
