You see this in the ISFJ. They are extremely good at a job they have, or they are very good at something they do.

I have always found them to be more comfortable with things that are predictable, because there is nothing more predictable than a routine. And the ISFJ is an extremely routine-oriented personality type. The ISFJ knows what they want, and they know how to do what it takes to get it.
In terms of "humor", I don't think the ISFJ is terribly interested in things like that.
