Kamiigusa Fuuka personality type is ISFJ, as she is a caring and soft-hearted person. However, she doesn't express her emotions very often. In the beginning of the series, she has a timid personality, as she shows a lot of fear towards her job as a doctor. After she attends a training camp for ISFJs, she becomes a lot more confident. She starts to show a bit of a sadistic personality, especially towards the female ISFJs who have a crush on Seiji. During the final arc of the series, her personality changes drastically, as she becomes a very aggressive and serious person.
In the anime series, Fuuka's personality is mostly the same as in the manga. However, there are some differences between Fuuka's personality in the anime and manga. In the anime series, Fuuka is more upfront about her feelings towards Seiji from the very beginning of the series. She is also much less shy about showing her passion towards him. As an ISFJ, she cares about everyone around her, especially Seiji. She also becomes very assertive and determined to save people/people around her despite their attempts to stop her.
