Basilio personality type is ESTP, and his weakness is his lack of assertiveness. He is also a natural leader, and though he may not always be very good at it, he can be incredibly persuasive when he wants to be.
I'm not quite sure what to make of the relationship between Basilio and Goro, but I do know that it's one of the most interesting things that happens in the story. For the past two arcs, we've seen Goro take on a more prominent role in the series, and while his motivations are still a bit mysterious, I think it's safe to say that he's here to stay.
Despite all of this, there's still no word on the release date for season three. The manga is still running, so there's still plenty of time for Nisekoi to finish up with its current arc. It's just a little frustrating to have to wait so long for the next chapter.
