Sully Personality Type, MBTI

Sully personality type is ESTP, and the majority of ESTJs are overconfident and dogmatic. They need to have a firm grasp on reality, and they’re not going to let anything get in their way. ESTPs can be hard to understand, because they lack the internal filter that other types use to tamp down their impulses and emotions. ESTPs also tend to be more argumentative than other types; they’re always looking for a good fight. ESTPs do the least amount of introspection and self-analysis of any of the 16 types, and they usually don’t even realize it. They think they’re strong and tough, but they can actually be quite fragile and dependent. The ESTP side of the Sully equation is fairly easy to spot, but the ISTP side is harder. ESTP is fairly open about their body language and general behavior, but ISTP hides their true feelings and emotions as much as possible.
