Kent personality type is ISTJ, which stands for Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging. This is a matter of debate however, as ISTJs are also known as the “Stoic” personality. They are reliable and reliable, and as such they work great as leaders. ISTJs are very good at following orders and doing what they’re told without much fuss or complaining. They do their job and do it well. However, this may not be the best personality for others. Past the ISTJ and ISTP personality types, ISTJs can be pretty stubborn and hard to talk to sometimes. They are known for being short, blunt, and sarcastic. Often times, this can get their into trouble. ISTJs can be very blunt and have no problem telling people what they’re thinking. Other people feel uncomfortable around them, and this can cause problems in the workplace. As with all the letters in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, there are some flaws to the ISTJ personality type. ISTJs are not very creative or imaginative, so they are often overlooked in the workplace, at least in creative work areas. ISTJs are also poor at making friends, so they are sometimes left out of social circles.
