Marra personality type is ENTP, more commonly known as the "type Hatter": a highly creative and independent type who sees the world in a series of patterns, a "story of ideas" more than a "story of events." As a storyteller, I have been published in Harlequin, Romance Writers of America, and Romantic Times magazines. Since 1984 I have been a member of Romance Writers of America. In 1992 I became a member of the Mystery Writers of America. In addition, I have been a guest judge for several writing competitions.
I am a member of the Authors Guild and the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America. I have also served as a judge for several writing competitions.
I am a member of the Romance Writers of America, a national organization of writers. I have served on the board of directors for this organization for more than twelve years.
I am also an avid reader, and have written more than one hundred book reviews that appear in various publications, including Writer's Digest, Writer's Digest Books, Romance Writers News, and Writer's Digest Magazine.
