David Gabriel personality type is ISFJ, where I feel that he has always been more good than bad. He's a good guy. He's always been a good guy.
This, of course, is not true; the whole world is not a giant "good guys vs. bad guys" show. There are assholes in the world, and there are decent people who get trapped in positions of authority and power that can be abused.
There is a reason that the law was codified. It's not written because it's perfect; it's written because it's the best that humans are capable of creating given the limitations of our human brains and the information we have available to us at any given time. A better, more accurate, more accurate law would be impossible.
I don't think that Mr. Gabriel, or anyone else in the FCC, had malicious intent for the bad things that happened during this transition period or ever. I do think, however, that Mr. Gabriel was naive and didn't understand his new responsibilities and authority. My point is that Mr. Gabriel, while not technically an asshole, is not a very good person who probably makes decisions based on a lack of understanding and knowledge.
