Moscow personality type is ESFJ, the Caretaker / Protector.
I have met a lot of people like that in my life. It is not that they are bad people, it is just that they are not capable of doing things on their own. They are not capable of thinking independently, they need to be told what to do, they need to do things because someone else told them to.
They have very little drive or ambition, they are very obedient and low-self esteem, they tend to be disorganized and insecure. They also tend to be very helpful and nice, and very friendly and trusting. They tend to be very people-oriented and prefer working in groups.
I am not a big fan of the Caretaker / Protector type, because it seems that the world would do better if more people were like that, but I see it as a type of weakness, because the Caretaker / Protector type is very compliant and easily controlled by others.
I am also not a big fan of the ESFJ type, because ESFJs make poor leaders because they are not capable of handling anything independently on their own.
