My first thoughts when I heard that the person that was hired to lead the company was an ENFP was that this is going to be a disaster. ENFPs don’t really work well in teams, they don’t like being told what to do, they don’t like following rules, and they’re usually very good leaders because they’re very good at inspiring and motivating others.
But I was wrong. The ENFP that was hired for this role transformed the company.
